Formula 1 teams have begun to select drivers for 2025.


Two-time world champion Fernando Alonso, who was linked with a move to Mercedes, decided to stay at Aston Martin, Nico Hulkenberg will leave Haas and join Sauber (from 2026-Audi), Alex Albon retained his place at Williams, Sergio Perez - at Red Bull.


It is assumed that Lance Stroll will continue to be paired with Alonso at Aston Martin, but there is no official confirmation from the team yet.
