Hunter plays cornerback and wide receiver for Colorado. As a cornerback, he broke up 15 passes, threw 4 interceptions and forced a fumble on the season. As a receiver, Hunter caught 92 passes for 1, 152 yards with 14 touchdowns.
Hunter scored 2, 231 points in the voting. He competed against Boysie State running back Ashton Genty (2, 017), Oregon quarterback Dillon Gabriel (516) and Miami quarterback Cam Ward (229).
Travis Hunter will enter the NFL Draft this spring.
